Altogether and all together do not mean the same thing. Altogether means ‘in total’ or (in BrE ) ‘completely’.
altogether和all together含義不同。
altogether意為總共或完全地（英國英語）：
We have invited fifty people altogether. 我們共邀請了五十人。
I am not altogether convinced by this argument. 我不完全信服這一論據(jù)。
All together means ‘a(chǎn)ll in one place’ or ‘a(chǎn)ll at once’.
