在集體備課的基礎(chǔ)上，我能自覺鉆研教材、研究學(xué)生，進(jìn)行二次備課。雖然辛苦，但事實(shí)證明是值得的。教態(tài)自然、講課生動(dòng)、難易適中、照顧全部，課堂就能夠吸引住學(xué)生。本人能做到每天都有積極的精神狀態(tài)，讓學(xué)生感受到一種積極的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛。我能遵循聽說、讀寫跟上的教學(xué)要求，努力加大課堂訓(xùn)練量，加快課堂節(jié)奏，切實(shí)提高課堂教學(xué)效率。除保證課堂效果之外，還需要讓學(xué)生課外多讀，多講，多練。為此，在早讀時(shí)，我堅(jiān)持到班輔導(dǎo)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)糾正。課后堅(jiān)持認(rèn)真批改學(xué)生作業(yè)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)解決。對(duì)部分不自覺的同學(xué)還采取強(qiáng)硬背誦等方式，以打好他們的初一基礎(chǔ)。

三、做好“培優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)差”

按以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)，學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)入一定階段后初一英語課件，會(huì)出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象，尤其是7a教材開始啟用、學(xué)習(xí)難度加深以后。為此，我制定了具體的“培優(yōu)轉(zhuǎn)差”計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)，對(duì)這部分同學(xué)進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的輔導(dǎo)。例如我把這批同學(xué)分為三個(gè)組。

第一組是有一定基礎(chǔ)，但平時(shí)懶動(dòng)腦筋不學(xué)的同學(xué)，對(duì)這些同學(xué)，我采取集體輔導(dǎo)，給他們分配固定任務(wù)，不讓他們有偷懶的機(jī)會(huì)，讓他們發(fā)揮應(yīng)有水平；第二組是肯學(xué)、但學(xué)習(xí)能力不強(qiáng)的同學(xué)。對(duì)這部分同學(xué)進(jìn)行耐心指導(dǎo)，多加鼓勵(lì)，慢慢提高他們的成績；第三組是紀(jì)律松散、基礎(chǔ)不好、學(xué)習(xí)又不認(rèn)真的同學(xué)。對(duì)這部分人進(jìn)行課余時(shí)間個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)。由于實(shí)施了分類輔導(dǎo)，針對(duì)性強(qiáng)，效果比較明顯。
